Looking for the Best Fat Burning Workouts

I’ve been searching for a long time for the best fat burning workouts. Maybe you can help?? I need some workouts that won’t take up a lot of time, preferably less than 45 minutes, and that I can do at home with little equipment. I would also prefer not needing to workout 6-7 days a week. I feel my body would simply plateau and breakdown from that much training. However, 3-4 days a week for me would be great. I love bodyweight workouts, using the stability ball, and exercises that challenge me in different ways. I just don’t want to get stuck with same old body building routine.
