Consume dairy products to lose tummy fat

But still we can lose tummy fat by having dairy products. Yes, but not by having the usual ones. We should take low fat dairy products. They include low-fat milk, non-fat yoghurt and peanut butter. It has been found in a recent research that women who are taking low-fat diets can lose 70% more fat than the women who are taking normal dairy products. It is also found that people who have fat-free milk will gain less weight than the others. Low fat dairy products provide the necessary calcium and helps in burning the extra fat.
